Shipping policy
Standard Shipping Policy:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $200, shipping rates are calculated and accepted at checkout. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote prior to completing your purchase.
We process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the carrier.
We use a variety of carriers to deliver our orders, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Complete kits often ship in multiple boxes from more than one warehouse, so it is normal for part of your order to arrive a day or two ahead of the rest. Coil springs, long shocks, and lift brackets ship in long or heavy boxes, so plan for oversized packages and a hand truck.
We do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in good condition. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at support@hannahsuspension.com.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 72 hours with photos of the packaging and product, and we will assist with the carrier claim.
Do not schedule your install until every box is in hand and opened. We are not responsible for shop labor booked against an order that has not fully arrived or that arrives damaged.
LTL Freight Policy:
Some oversized items, such as full lift kits, long-arm kits, leaf spring packs, and multi-shock complete systems, ship via LTL freight. At Hannah Suspension, we follow our suppliers' freight policies to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition. If you receive damaged or missing products, you must report it within 72 hours of delivery. Additionally, any damage or shortages must be documented at the time of delivery with the carrier.
- Missing or Short Shipments - Compare the received shipment to the packing list. Lift kits are frequently palletized as several cartons under one shrink wrap, so count the cartons before the driver leaves. If there's a discrepancy, note it on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign off. Contact us for assistance.
- Damaged Freight - Inspect products and packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Check shock shafts, spring coatings, and bracket edges for crush or puncture damage through the carton. If damage is found, note it on all copies, have the driver sign, and take photos. Report the issue to Hannah Suspension so we can assist.
Most LTL deliveries are curbside only and require an adult signature. If you need a liftgate, a residential delivery, or a delivery appointment, tell us before you order so we can quote it correctly.
Failure to follow these guidelines may limit our ability to resolve freight claims.
Thank you for choosing Hannah Suspension for your suspension needs!
