Fits

  • 2017-2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 2WD/4WD at stock ride height

Does not fit: Tremor, factory lift packages, trucks with an aftermarket leveling or lift kit (use the Bilstein 5100 Front & Rear Kit instead)

Why this kit

The Bilstein 4600 is the direct-fit monotube upgrade for a Super Duty that still sits at factory height and does real work: towing, hauling, long highway miles. This kit gives you all four shocks, the 24-274937 fronts and 24-274944 rears, matched to the stock ride height so the truck keeps its full travel. Compared with the factory twin-tube shocks, the 46mm monotube keeps damping consistent when hot and the digressive valving controls body roll and trailer sway without turning the ride harsh when empty.

Questions

4600 or 5100 for my Super Duty?

If the truck is at factory height, 4600. If it has a 2 to 2.5 in front leveling kit, the 5100 fronts are the correct length. Bilstein's own guidance is 4600 for stock trucks and 5100 for leveled or lifted ones.

Will these help when towing?

Yes. The digressive valving firms up on the larger, faster suspension movements that happen with a trailer pushing on the hitch, which is where the factory shocks feel loose, while staying compliant over small road imperfections.

Does this fit the Tremor package?

No. Tremor trucks sit higher from the factory and need different lengths.

How long does installation take?

Rears are 20 to 30 minutes per side with hand tools. Fronts on the Super Duty solid axle are a bolt-in shock, about 30 to 45 minutes per side, no spring compressor needed.

What is the warranty?

Limited lifetime warranty on all four shocks through Bilstein North America, processed through the original place of purchase. Keep your Hannah Suspension order confirmation.
