Bilstein 4600 Front & Rear Shock Kit | 2021-2026 Ford F-150 4WD | Stock Height
Good to know before you buy
Fits
- 2021-2026 Ford F-150 4WD at factory ride height, without Continuously Controlled Damping
Does not fit: 2WD trucks (2WD uses 24-352871 / 33-253213), Raptor, F-150 Lightning, trucks with CCD adaptive dampers, leveled or lifted trucks (use the 5100 kit).
Why this kit
This is the stock height answer: the truck sits where Ford built it, but the worn or soft factory dampers are replaced with Bilstein 4600 monotubes at all four corners. The 4600 uses the same 46mm monotube body and digressive valving as the 5100 in a direct fit stock length, so body roll, brake dive and trailer sway tighten up without changing ride height or alignment. Front shocks bolt into the factory strut assembly; rears are a straight swap. Four part numbers, one order.

Questions
Will this lift or level my truck?
No. The 4600 is a factory length shock. If you want to level the front, use our 5100 ride height adjustable kit instead.
Do I need a spring compressor?
Yes for the fronts. The 4600 front is the damper inside the factory strut assembly, so the coil transfers over. Rears are a 20 to 30 minute bolt on per side. No alignment change is expected at stock height, though a check is good practice after front strut work.
4600 or 5100?
Same internals and valving. Pick the 4600 if the truck stays at stock height and stock tires. Pick the 5100 if you want the option to level or run a taller tire.
What is the warranty?
Limited lifetime warranty on all four dampers through Bilstein North America, processed through the original place of purchase. Keep your Hannah Suspension order confirmation.
