Good to know before you buy
Fits
- 2015-2020 Ford F-150 4WD, stock height through 2.1 in of front lift, 0 to 1 in rear lift
Does not fit: 2WD trucks (2WD uses 24-336987 / 33-253237), Raptor, Limited with adaptive dampers
How this leveling kit works
This is not a spacer kit and it does not include new springs. The lift comes from the Bilstein 5100 ride height adjustable strut itself. You remove your factory front strut assemblies, transfer your factory coil springs and upper strut mounts onto the new 5100 struts, and set the lower spring seat in one of the snap-ring grooves machined into the strut body. A higher groove adds preload to your stock coil and raises the front of the truck, from factory height up to about 2.1 in. The rear shocks are direct replacements for the factory rears and do not change rear height.
- You reuse: factory coil springs, upper strut mounts, isolators and factory mounting bolts
- You replace: both front strut and damper assemblies, both rear shocks
- You need: a spring compressor (or a shop) to move the coils, and an alignment after install
Why this kit
This is the most popular way to level a 2015-2020 F-150 without a spacer: the 5100 gives you the lift and a 46mm monotube shock in the same piece, so you are not stacking a spacer on top of a worn factory strut. The matching 33-253190 rears are sized for a stock or 0 to 1 in rear so the truck rides level and controlled on all four corners. Both carry Bilstein digressive valving and a limited lifetime warranty, and this kit puts the correct four part numbers in one order.

Questions
How much lift will I get?
You choose. The strut has multiple snap-ring grooves; the lowest is factory height and the highest is about 2.1 in of front lift, which levels the truck with the rear. The groove chart is in the Bilstein instructions and on our single strut listing.
Do I need a spring compressor?
Yes. The factory coil transfers to the new strut, which requires a spring compressor or a shop. Plan on 1.5 to 2 hours per side for the fronts, 20 to 30 minutes per side for the rears, and an alignment afterward.
Do I need upper control arms?
Not at the 2.1 in maximum this strut provides. Aftermarket UCAs become worth considering above about 2.5 in of front lift.
What tire size fits at full lift?
Most owners run 33 in tires (285/70R17 or 275/65R20) at the top setting on factory wheels with minor trimming. Larger sizes depend on wheel offset.
What is the warranty?
Limited lifetime warranty on all four dampers through Bilstein North America, processed through the original place of purchase. Keep your Hannah Suspension order confirmation.
