Good to know before you buy
Fits
- 2019-2026 Ram 1500 (new body, DT) 2WD and 4WD with coil rear suspension, stock height through 2.6 in of front lift, stock to 2 in rear
Does not fit: factory air ride, Rebel (front), TRX, 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic (use the 2009-2018 kit)
How this leveling kit works
The front is the Bilstein 5100 ride height adjustable strut: you transfer your factory coil springs and upper mounts onto the new strut and set the lower spring seat in a snap-ring groove for 0 to 2.6 in of lift; 2.1 in is the setting most DT owners run. The rear moves to the 5160, a 5100 with an external reservoir that adds oil volume and heat capacity. The DT uses side-specific rear reservoir shocks; this kit includes one right (25-316919) and one left (25-325102).
- You reuse: factory coil springs, upper strut mounts, isolators and mounting bolts
- You replace: both front strut and damper assemblies, both rear shocks
- You need: a spring compressor (or a shop) to move the coils, and an alignment after install
Why this kit
This is the step up from the plain 5100 level for a DT that tows, hauls or sees washboard. The front is identical, so you keep the leveled stance on stock upper control arms at 2.1 in. The rear keeps the 5100 digressive valving but adds a reservoir, so a coil-sprung Ram rear that heats up under a trailer or on a long dirt road holds its damping instead of fading. Limited lifetime warranty at all four corners.

Questions
Which setting should I use?
2.1 in levels most DT crew cabs and is the highest setting recommended on stock upper control arms. 2.6 in is best paired with aftermarket UCAs.
Why left and right rears?
The DT reservoir mounts differ side to side, so Bilstein makes a dedicated left and right 5160. Both are included here.
Do I need a spring compressor?
Yes. The factory coil transfers to the new strut. Plan on 1.5 to 2 hours per side for the fronts, 30 to 45 minutes per side for the rears with the reservoir bracket, and an alignment afterward.
I have air ride. Will this work?
No. Factory air suspension trucks are excluded from this kit.
What is the warranty?
Limited lifetime warranty on all four dampers through Bilstein North America, processed through the original place of purchase. Keep your Hannah Suspension order confirmation.
