Why this kit
Most 4 to 4.5 in Super Duty lift kits ship with basic shocks or none at all. This kit is the Fox 2.0 upgrade for that truck: two 985-24-156 fronts for 4 to 5 in of front lift and two 985-24-153 rears for 4 to 6 in of rear lift. Each is a 2 in aluminum-body monotube with an internal floating piston and FOX's race-developed high-flow piston, so a tall truck on 35s stops wallowing over dips and keeps its composure on washboard. Both lengths are chosen to preserve full travel at the lifted ride height.

Questions
My lift is 6 in. Will this work?
The rear covers 4 to 6 in, but the front only covers 4 to 5 in. For a 5.5 to 7 in front, FOX lists the 985-24-157, sold individually. Match the front to your actual front lift.
Should I add the steering stabilizer?
On a lifted truck with 35s or 37s, almost always yes. The 985-24-001 is a 2.0 IFP damper on the drag link that bolts to the factory stabilizer mounts in about 20 minutes and fits every 2017-2026 F-250 and F-350 at any lift height. Pick "Shocks + steering stabilizer" above to add one to the order.
Do I need to measure my lift?
Yes, if you are not sure what kit is on the truck. Measure from the axle centerline to the fender lip and compare with a stock truck, or check the lift kit part number. FOX sizes these shocks by lift band and the wrong length will limit travel.
How long does installation take?
Rears are 20 to 30 minutes per side. Fronts on the solid axle are a bolt-in shock, about 30 to 45 minutes per side, no spring compressor needed.
What is the warranty?
FOX covers 2.0 and 2.5 Performance Series IFP shocks purchased after 3/30/2025 with a limited lifetime warranty against defects, to the original retail owner through the original place of purchase. Keep your Hannah Suspension order confirmation.
