Bilstein 5100 Leveling Kit with 2 in Rear Lift Shocks (Adjustable Front Struts, Reuses Factory Coils) | 2015-2020 Ford F-150 4WD | 0-2.1 in Front Lift
Good to know before you buy
Fits
- 2015-2020 Ford F-150 4WD with a 1 to 2 in rear block or add-a-leaf, stock height through 2.1 in of front lift
Does not fit: 2WD trucks, Raptor, Limited with adaptive dampers, trucks with a stock rear (use the standard 5100 leveling kit with 33-253190 rears)
How this leveling kit works
The front is the Bilstein 5100 ride height adjustable strut: you transfer your factory coil springs and upper mounts onto the new strut and set the lower spring seat in a snap-ring groove for 0 to 2.1 in of front lift. The rear shocks in this kit are the longer 33-318950, sized for a rear that has been raised 1 to 2 in with a block or add-a-leaf. If you set the front to 2.1 and add a 1 in rear block, the truck sits level with a little rake left for a load, which is the stance most crew cab owners are chasing.
- You reuse: factory coil springs, upper strut mounts, isolators and mounting bolts
- You replace: both front strut and damper assemblies, both rear shocks
- You need: a rear block or add-a-leaf (not included), a spring compressor for the fronts, and an alignment after install
Why this kit
The standard 5100 level puts a stock-length 5100 on a stock rear. Owners who then add a rear block find the stock-length shock tops out. This kit pairs the same 5100 front strut with the 2 in rear lift 5100, so the rear shock has the right travel for a raised rear and the truck rides controlled on all four corners instead of bottoming or topping out. Same 46mm monotube digressive valving and limited lifetime warranty at every corner.

Questions
My rear is stock. Is this the right kit?
No. With a stock rear use the standard 5100 leveling kit with the 33-253190 rears. This kit is for trucks with a 1 to 2 in rear block or add-a-leaf.
Which front setting should I use?
With a 1 in rear block, 2.1 in up front gives a level truck with slight rake. With a 2 in block, 2.1 in front keeps factory rake for towing.
Do I need a spring compressor?
Yes. The factory coil transfers to the new strut. Plan on 1.5 to 2 hours per side for the fronts, 20 to 30 minutes per side for the rears, and an alignment afterward.
Do I need upper control arms?
Not at the 2.1 in maximum this strut provides.
What is the warranty?
Limited lifetime warranty on all four dampers through Bilstein North America, processed through the original place of purchase. Keep your Hannah Suspension order confirmation.
