Fox 2.0 Performance IFP Front & Rear Shock Kit | 2020-2026 Chevy/GMC 2500HD/3500HD 2WD/4WD | 1.5-2.5 in Front Leveling Lift
Good to know before you buy
Fits
- 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD, 2WD and 4WD, with 1.5 to 2.5 in of front leveling lift (torsion keys or spacer) and a stock-height rear
Does not fit: stock height trucks, trucks with the rear raised 1.5 in or more (use the 1.5-2.5 in Lift kit), trucks lifted 3 in or more. Requires aftermarket upper control arms per FOX.
Why this kit
The leveled-front set for the current GM HD: two 985-24-240 fronts sized for 1.5 to 2.5 in of front lift so the shock has droop at the new ride height, two 985-24-239 rears for the untouched rear. Each is a 2 in aluminum-body monotube with an internal floating piston separating the oil from the nitrogen, so the damping stays consistent when hot and there is no foaming on long washboard or with a trailer working the rear leaf springs. Race-derived high-flow piston, application-specific valving. FOX specifies aftermarket upper control arms with this front on the 2020+ truck, see the question below.

Questions
Do I need upper control arms?
FOX lists aftermarket upper control arms as required with the 985-24-240 front at this lift on the 2020+ HD. The longer shock adds droop travel that the factory arm's ball joint cannot follow at a leveled height. If the truck already has aftermarket UCAs from the leveling install you are set; if not, budget for a set.
My rear has blocks too. Which set?
If the rear was raised 1.5 in or more, use the 1.5-2.5 in Lift kit, which swaps the rear to the longer 985-24-241.
How long does installation take?
Rears are 20 to 30 minutes per side with hand tools. Fronts on the GM independent front suspension bolt to the lower control arm and the frame, about 30 to 45 minutes per side, no spring compressor needed.
What is the warranty?
FOX covers 2.0 and 2.5 Performance Series IFP shocks purchased after 3/30/2025 with a limited lifetime warranty against defects, to the original retail owner through the original place of purchase. Keep your Hannah Suspension order confirmation.
