Fox 2.0 Performance IFP Front & Rear Shock Kit | 2020-2026 Chevy/GMC 2500HD/3500HD 2WD/4WD | 1.5-2.5 in Lift
Good to know before you buy
Fits
- 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD, 2WD and 4WD, with 1.5 to 2.5 in of front lift and 1.5 to 3 in of rear lift
Does not fit: stock height trucks, leveled trucks with a stock rear (use the Front Leveling kit), trucks lifted 3 in or more in front. Requires aftermarket upper control arms per FOX.
Why this kit
For a current GM HD on a 2 to 2.5 in lift kit with keys or a spacer up front and blocks in the rear, both ends need a longer shock. This kit pairs two 985-24-240 fronts for 1.5 to 2.5 in of front lift with two 985-24-241 rears for 1.5 to 3 in of rear lift, the combination FOX lists for this lift band. Each is a 2 in aluminum-body monotube with an internal floating piston, so the damping stays consistent when hot and the truck keeps full travel at the new ride height instead of topping out the factory-length shocks. FOX specifies aftermarket upper control arms with this front, see the question below.

Questions
Do I need upper control arms?
FOX lists aftermarket upper control arms as required with the 985-24-240 front at this lift on the 2020+ HD. The longer shock adds droop travel that the factory arm's ball joint cannot follow. If the truck already has aftermarket UCAs from the lift install you are set; if not, budget for a set.
Leveling kit or lift kit, which Fox set do I need?
If only the front was raised, use the Front Leveling kit with the 985-24-239 stock-length rear. If the rear was raised 1.5 in or more with blocks or springs, this kit with the 985-24-241 rear is correct.
How long does installation take?
Rears are 20 to 30 minutes per side with hand tools. Fronts on the GM independent front suspension bolt to the lower control arm and the frame, about 30 to 45 minutes per side, no spring compressor needed.
What is the warranty?
FOX covers 2.0 and 2.5 Performance Series IFP shocks purchased after 3/30/2025 with a limited lifetime warranty against defects, to the original retail owner through the original place of purchase. Keep your Hannah Suspension order confirmation.
