From ICON
ICON's Delta Joint is more robust than a uniball and capable of greater angularity than a typical ball joint. Its metal-on-metal construction and a greaseable design increases longevity while also allowing for noise-free operation.
Why this Front Tubular Upper Control Arms w/ Delta Joint
Lifting a 2001-2026 Ford F-150 / Chevy/GMC 1500 / Chevy/GMC 2500HD/3500HD pushes the factory upper arm and ball joint to the edge of their angles. ICON's arms restore alignment range and use the Delta Joint, a serviceable high-angle ball joint that seals like an OE joint but articulates like a uniball.

Delta Joint or Delta Joint Pro?
Both are serviceable high-angle ball joints. The Delta Joint carries a 5-year warranty when registered and used with a complete ICON system; the Delta Joint Pro is ICON's newer, stronger design with a 12-month warranty.
Do I need an alignment?
Yes. Replacing upper control arms requires a four-wheel alignment.
Who installs it?
ICON requires professional installation and does not cover failures caused by improper installation. Plan on a shop with a lift and an alignment rack for anything that changes ride height.
